Hey, I seen you around
A vigorous, bright energy
I follow its trail and
Your imprint, your smile
Turns my heart ablaze...

In the world, I exist
everything is energy
Flowing in and out of me
Affront and back
What I feel is love
I think, vibrating, creating
connecting and moving life...

Wait!
And then I loose its trail
Lost for a minute
In the mind’s concoctions
And entrapments
Set me free please
I want to choose
the heart’s way, no more fear
Truly, I’m fed up with half and not enough...

Hey my lady, sweet spirit!
You say
You’ve noticed me, finally
Been waiting around for this
How do I be free with you
When my heart now feels
Like surrendering again?
How do I get lost in you and
Choose the heart’s way?

I meet you in my dreams now
A reflection of something
I thought I was missing
But still here, I know
When I shift my perspective
Ever so lightly
Like the energy that flows
Easily towards me
When I stop resisting it....

Her real journey of the mind and spirit starts when Sera begins to dig under the surface of this apparently well-functioning city.A number of events and encounters of people throw her unwillingly into a reality and a city, which is much different from the New York she first encountered and gradually her experience of the world expands to new dimensions.The book is about a woman’s and a city’s empowering awakening. Even in the darkest of places a light exists. It is not essential to find the light, it is essential being it.
